8. What happens if I damage the vehicle?

If the vehicle is damaged during the rental period, you are responsible for covering the cost of repairs. The amount will be deducted from your security deposit, or you will be invoiced for the damages if the deposit does not cover the full cost. We highly recommend taking out insurance to cover any potential damages.

9. Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the end of your rental period to request an extension. Additional charges will apply for the extra days.

10. What should I do if I have a breakdown or emergency?

If you experience a breakdown or any emergency while using our vehicle, please contact us immediately. Our emergency support team is available 08:00 to 17:00 Zambian time. We will provide assistance and, if necessary, arrange for the vehicle to be replaced or repaired as quickly as possible.

11. Can I drive the vehicle outside of Zambia?

Our vehicles are generally not allowed to be driven outside of Zambia. If you plan to travel to another country, please contact us in advance to discuss your options. Additional permissions and fees may apply for cross-border travel.
